Insofar as the user’s data are processed by the association Sonda Internacional<\/strong>, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of the current legal regulations on the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

In order to exercise these rights, the user must send a written communication, providing proof of identity (ID card or passport), by sending an email to info@sondainternacional.com<\/a>. This communication shall contain the following information: the name and surname of the user, the request, the address and supporting data.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user himself. However, they may be executed by a person authorised as the authorised person’s legal representative. In this case, documentation must be provided to prove the interested party’s representation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
